The annual Skye Fireworks Display took place  at Dunvegan Castle on 7 November on a cold but clear night with a record number of over 700 people. The event was a  great success and raised an impressive £2,000 which will be donated to local charities, including Lucky 2 B Here, Highland Hospice, MacMillan Nurses, Chemotherapy Unit Broadford Hospital and the Skye Mountain Rescue Team.  The Skye Fireworks Charitable Fund Committee  would like to thank everyone who generously donated to the event .   We would also like to thank the emergency services and all  MacLeod Estate staff who volunteered their time and everyone else who helped out on the night.
