Terms & Conditions
1. Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and do not offer any guarantee of availability.
2. Reservations can only be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of £500.00 and a signed copy of these terms and conditions. By signing these terms and conditions you are agreeing that this is a legally binding document.
3. Any cancellation will forfeit the deposit.
4. Final details with anticpated numbers are required 60 days before the date of the event.
5. Full payment, less deposit already paid, payable 30 days prior to the event.
6. Final account for any additional requirements payable on the day after the event.
7. The organiser is liable for the actions of their guests and for any damage caused to the building, fixtures & fittings or ground.
8. Canellation Fees - we strongly recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation.
• Up to five months before the date booked – loss of deposit only.
• 3 – 5 months – 50% of total estimated bill based on the numbers advised in booking confirmation.
• 0 – 3 months – 100% of total estimated bill based on contracted numbers.
