Originally built to house the Head Gardener in the 1840s, Gardens Cottage has a private access road and a secluded garden to the rear surrounded on all sides by mature deciduous trees, views of Loch Dunvegan to the West and the castle’s magnificent Walled Garden to the East.
Recently refurbished to a very high 4* standard, the house is spacious and can comfortably accommodate six guests in three bedrooms (one double and two twin bedrooms). The property also features a large living room with an open fireplace, dining room, WiFi, a modern well equipped kitchen and one bathroom and one toilet. Gardens Cottage is located a mile away from Dunvegan village and close to a number of woodland walks which lead into the castle gardens, woodland policies and down to the Loch Dunvegan shore. The gardens around this cottage have some steep areas so we advise that small children must be supervised at all times.
