• Dunvegan Castle & Gardens reserves the right to change its opening hours, events or offers or to restrict access at any time without notice.
  • Dunvegan Castle & Garden Admission Tickets, E-tickets and Friends of Dunvegan Membership Cards cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced after purchase.
  • In response to the Coronavirus, we will permit E-tickets to be used at a later date this year if visitors cannot make the date specified on their E-tickets due to travel disruption.
  • We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse admission to Dunvegan Castle & Garden of any person if circumstances reasonably so require and our decision shall be final and binding. We also reserve the right to suspend or cut short a particular visit if circumstances reasonably so require.
  • Non‑commercial use of photographic, film and video equipment including wearable devices (without flash, selfie sticks and tripods) are permitted inside the castle.
  • Drone filming is not permitted onsite without our prior consent and approval of the necessary insurance and licence documents.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off inside the castle in consideration of other visitors.
  • All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Dogs are welcome in the gardens, but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not permitted inside the castle unless they are assistance dogs.
  • Cycling is not permitted inside the gardens.
  • The use of BBQs – disposable or otherwise – is not permitted on site.
  • Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence, the MacLeod Estate will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by any Ticket holder and any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond the MacLeod Estates control.

Your access to and use of the Dunvegan Castle & Gardens website (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.
