MacLeod Tables Cafe – Cook/Baker
As an experienced cook/baker with enthusiasm and a passion for quality food you will be responsible to the Cafe Manager, ensuring ingredients, preparation, cooking, taste and presentation are consistently of a high standard. With an ability to bring new ideas, combining fresh local and seasonal produce, you will play a key role in this popular and busy café. MacLeod Tables Cafe Assistants
You will pride yourself on the highest standards of customer care. Ideally with a current basic food hygiene certificate, you will ensure the cafe premises are always scrupulously clean and all our delicious freshly prepared food is beautifully presented. Seal Boat Crew (NOW – 1 October)
We are looking for marine operatives to join our existing team at one of our most popular and busy visitor attractions at Dunvegan Castle & Gardens. With responsibility for helming one of three traditional clinker-built boats with up to 7 passengers on short trips to see the Loch Dunvegan common seal colony, the ideal candidate will have the required Level II Powerboat licence with commercial endorsements: VHF radio, Sea Survival and First Aid (or acceptable equivalents).
