Estate Team Improves Local Footpath Access for the Community

Last week, the estate’s dedicated A-team, worked tirelessly to widen and clear the narrow, overgrown, and muddy public footpath that runs between the village and the castle car park. This vital improvement was made to enhance access for the local community and ensure safer, more convenient passage for pedestrians.

In addition to this work, the estate’s garden team continues to maintain the footpath’s road verge by cutting the grass every year. While these tasks were once under the responsibility of the Highland Council, the estate has taken on these duties to ensure that the community’s needs are met, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving local infrastructure.

These efforts reflect our dedication to supporting the local community and ensuring the estate remains an accessible and welcoming space for all.
